Originally established in 1977 by Ivano Stamegna, Fidelity Homes, Inc. has over 30 years of experience and has been actively involved in the investment, development, and construction of real estate in Southern California. Our projects exceed over 5000 residential units including condominiums, apartments, and homes as well as the development of over 350,000 square feet of commercial, retail, and industrial properties. The company has an impressive history of performance in acquiring land, obtaining approvals, and developing the land to its highest and optimal use.

In 2002, the company further narrowed its’ primary focus to entry level residential projects in emerging Inland Empire markets including Riverside, San Bernardino, Yucaipa, and the Southern 215 Corridor. When we decide to sell a whole community instead of building it ourselves, our current customer base includes purchasers like

KB Homes, Centex Homes, Richmond America, Prestige Homes, Classic Pacific Homes, Empire Communities and private development companies.
